It was the aptitude test.
Nearly 60 mins long. 5 different areas. And in those 5 areas were around 20 questions each. Ranging from maths, ratios, spelling, percentages etc
It was difficult and mentally gruelling . But I completed it.
5 minutes later. I r an email to say i was unsuccessful. Which is out of order from just a respect point of view.
If someone does a big test. And is rejected. Usually happens few days later. Not 5 minutes later. But also explain why. Where I didn’t do good or where I did. There was no answer here either.
When looking for a job. This was the most demotivating and embarrassing job application / interview experiences i have ever faced!

Absolute waste of time. I applied shortly after they posted the job online. I passed the online tests then passed the telephone interview both of which weren't too difficult. 2 days after the telephone interview, I was told two months before Xmas I had been invited to the the assessment centre stage but they did not give a date. They said they would contact me shortly with a date. I followed up with an email a few days after asking when this would be and they said their hiring manager was just shortlisting other candidates and that the AC should be before Xmas. It became evident that this was not the case as Xmas drew closer and so I sent a second follow up email asking on the status and they assured me that it would be in the New Year now.
A few days after the New Year, they sent an email thanking me for applying and putting in my time and effort but all their roles have been filled. Hugely unprofessional. Don't promise me an AC before Xmas in November because they were shortlisting other candidates to use in my AC, just to then I find out it was all a lie and that those roles have already been filled. Mazars is by far the most unprofessional graduate recruitment process I have ever come across, so there is no point wasting your time applying as they will probably fill the roles and give priory to people they already know and previous interns.
