A very different interview process to other firms. After the online exam you have a phone call where you’re asked why you’d like to apply and what you know about the firm. The assessment centre was virtual and I enjoyed it, wasn’t too intense and had great conversations with others applying, and current employees.

Starting off with an online assessment testing culture fit. It was then a telephone interview which was 20 minutes to understand your interests. It was followed by an assessment centre then a final stage interview with a partner.
