Very casual interview with someone from the early careers team, after answering one question the interviewer tailored the remainder of the interview around the role I mentioned and the other skills I had acquired from it. Very friendly and relaxed.
The process was low pressure. The interview was a friendly conversation about career goals with the recruiter. You will not be tested on difficult technical or industry questions, which is what I was expecting.

Interview was very straight forward with questions about past experience and some other personal questions. The recruiter was great and answered all of my questions. They also got back to me quickly about the interview decision.
