Entrevista
The process took about two weeks and involved three steps. First a phone screen with one of the HR team members. Second was an in person interviews which included a couple of 30 minute discussions. In between the second and final round interview they send a case study which you discuss with your manager over the phone. The final round was another round of in-person interviews which included an interview with the CEO and other senior members.

I thought it was a great interview process and they went very in-depth in the areas that it mattered. I learned a lot about the position and the expectations that they had for the person they were looking to hire.

Initial phone call with a recruiter, then an at-home aptitude test and personality test, then a 30 minute zoom call with two department managers, and then two back-to-back zoom calls with one HR rep and one manager, and then one manager and one department director

The interview required 3 phases: A phone screening and 2 in person interviews. All in all, it was a great experience with good conversations. I felt as though they were trying to actually get to know the kind of worker I am/can be rather than judge based entirely off of past experience.
