Interviewed with 2-3 members of leadership. Lengthy interview process. It was a 3-4 week timeframe from application to job offer/start date. Interview took over an hour, tons of questions. Some of the questions were so lengthy, I needed to ask for the question to be repeated.

Communication via email - Two interviews (one over the phone and one virtual/video). Required to complete skills assessments, as well as an Emotional Intelligence assessment. The process went fairly quickly and the company representatives maintained great communication throughout the 2-3 weeks before my hire date.
