Had a very pleasant experience with the initial recruiter. Seems to be very passionate about the mission and core values at Foss. She was very optimistic, engaging, and conversational. Had a secondary interview with the CHRO and experienced the complete opposite. Upon entering the video interview - she was late, seemed disinterested and dismissive, and was clearly preoccupied during our conversation. Poor presentation of the “face” of people for a growing organization.
