I submitted my resume to the specified email and received a call about a week (as I recall) later. We then scheduled an in-person interview for a few days later. When I arrived, I discovered that it would be a small panel interview comprised of three people. They all took turns asking me questions and listening intently. It was actually pretty casual and comfortable and low-pressure. I think it lasted 30 or 45 minutes. A few days or a week later I received a call from the person who became my boss to make me a verbal offer which was put in writing upon my acceptance.
