You will be grilled on your client base and when hired, you will be expected to hand over your clients contact information for Reps to begin soliciting. There’s really no reason to handoff this information for clients that you ALREADY have UNLESS of course it’s a tactic and strategy to steal your clients. And that’s exactly what that is. How about having the Reps create new opportunities for Escrow Officers? Read the negative reviews. Google “complaint” and the employer name. Pay attention to information, not everyone plays nice. No integrity, “Foundation Family” is a hoax. 100% truthful.

How much revenue can you bring. How much revenue have you generated. How much , how much, how much.....Don’t disregard this. I was hired and immediately afterwards, the owner found a more experienced Escrow Officer with a book of business and I was tossed aside a lot like garbage. Very disappointed but not surprised by the money hungry tactics and lack of professionalism and integrity.
