Fairly easy interview. Basic Behavioral questions. Applied through college website. Got contacted 2 days later and they scheduled an interview. Some questions: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What have you been doing since graduating college? Tell me about yourself. What is your weakness? What are your strengths? Then went to a second interview and was shown around the company, met other employees. No negotiation for the pay. It was set by the company. You work all day on the phones, calling people that have filled out a mortgage refinancing some time in the last year. They are cold leads and no one wants to talk to you. Work is long hours and 1 and a half hour break for lunch. Pay is hourly and it is very low for a college graduate.
