Interview process was very fast, and I met with a lot of people. I was not given a lot of time in the interviews to ask questions. Ultimately declined the offer because they refused to negotiate anything about the offer, and it seemed the job itself was less about Agile and more about managing operations in a waterfall setting. I was mostly disappointed with the recruiting process, and it made me feel that getting any type of request for promotions within FMI would be met with similar resistance.
