I had an initial phone call with a recruiter from FGA. Something immediately felt off when I answered and an automated voice announced my call was being recorded. The recruiter mentioned the hiring manager reviews the calls, which seemed strange but I went with it. I felt like I had a good conversation with the recruiter, though technical skills weren’t discussed much. I was told I would hear back in a week or so but never did. I never received a response to my follow up email checking on the process which seems really disrespectful and rude. I get people are super busy but it takes 30 seconds to reply to an email and say “We’re not moving forward”.

Amazingly thorough interview process! There were about four different interviews via Zoom and then one in-person interview (if you make it here you're likely to get the offer). They really focused on how you fit into the company which you can't really prepare for, but makes for solid teams environments!!
