I applied to Foundever in Panama, a call center company that works with international clients. The application process started with an online English assessment on the Maki platform. The test had 8 sections, including multiple-choice questions, a short speech about social media, typing speed, and listening comprehension based on a customer service scenario. After the test, I had a live interview with a recruiter who asked me about myself, my hobbies, and how I would deal with a very angry customer.
