10 mins via phone. Very simple questions about customer services and the experience I've had in customer service; what are my streght and weakness. You know the average simple interview question for customer service.

Interview process is completely a breeze, It is within the application. Video interview with an assessment as well. The process took about an hour and half, I recommend completing the application, in a quiet area. A great start to gaining experience, working remotely.
