I interviewed with two ladies in the OR for the new grad OR residency and it was very casual and friendly. They gave me the information to set up an opportunity to shadow in the OR to make sure the position is right for me. Once I complete the shadowing experience I may be offered a position.

After completing application you receive an email to interview and select a date and time. Once you get to the interview location you sign in and then we’re walked back to a room to talk to the Nurse manager from the specialty you were selected for. Then they asked general questions about self and then questions about why the specialty.

Applied online with two recommendation letters. Got a call from recruiter in several days and scheduled for an interview. The interview was very friendly and was more like a "get-to-know" meeting.
