They called me and set up and interview. I came in on the appointed day and spoke with the person that is over the area that I work in. She asked me questions about myself, my work experience, and some questions to get a feel for how I would fit into the company culture. She also had another person in the company that came in to talk with me about what they love about working here and to get a feel for my personality and how I would fit.
