For the name of Sheraton it is a very shameful place to work. The stuff restaurant is so small and foods for stuff they give are not nutritive and very unhealthy. I had interview in human resources office with a foldable chair and a foldable table. Couldn't Sheraton company buy a descend table for its stuff to work ? I had my first shock. Then the questions they asked showed their knowledge in this sector. I have 10 years of experience in tourism sector and managed several hotels in different countries. They asked me if I know how to use phone, how to receive reservation by phone and if i know how to use printer, word and excel. They asked my English level while they were writing booking webpage as bukig. The salary they offer is same level as hostels and motels in the city. And for a position that requieres management abilities etc, questions like if I know how to use printer, phone, how to welcome people, if i know how to use word, excel etc made this interview unforgettable for me. I went this interview because i trust the name of hotel... It was disaster.
