You go through 5 interviews. First with HR Coordinator, then the HR Director, then with the manager of the position you are applying for, then the Director of that department, then the Resort Manager. If you get through all of those and everyone likes you, you'll be hired.

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
