Two interviews. First one with HR director and other with General Manager. Each one took about 15 minutes. You are sent for the second one with GM if you pass the first one with HRD. They need to check your passion for the job and you being social..
I was first recruited during a career day at my postgrad Uni and FS representatives invited me to visit the recruiting day at the hotel later. During the recruiting day I had short meetings with every department manager. Then I had another interview with GM, where we discussed the feedback they got abt me from the dept managers and my expectations. I was offered a position the same day.
