I went through four interviews. The first was with HR, where he/she asks you questions as a screening. Then with the Front Office Manager, who then passed me off to the Rooms Director. Once I got through the both of them and their behavioral and situational questions, I met with the Resort Director. This interview was more of a "Welcome to the family" type of meeting. The whole process took 1 week. It's a very lengthy process as the Four Seasons wants to hire top-notch employees for their exceptional resorts. The interviewers were really nice and I felt very comfortable.

I had to go through four interviews. I interviewed with different head managers from different departments. They asked a lot of theoretical questions about dealing with difficult customers. They are really looking for people who can think into the future a lot.
