Very fast-paced, on-the-spot interview. Included behavioral questions about specific situations you've encountered. They were all incredibly happy about working at Four Seasons. Met three different managers and an HR person. You can tell everyone is very team-oriented and enjoys coming to work.

It was easy for the most part. Two separate interviews and then a follow up with the GM and Beverage Director. Ended with a meet and greet of current staff and then an offer

Entrevista
It was easy, simple, and to the point. I would have no complaints in regards to the interview process. They take care in hiring people who will go to the next step in hospitality.
