Tuve una primera entrevista con el recruiter, donde me dijo que me escribirían para citarme a una segunda con otra persona de HR pero nunca me escribieron. A pesar de que hice seguimiento jamás me contestaron. Ghosting total

Entrevista
The process started with a recruiter reaching out for a preliminary call, followed by 3 rounds with the team. First with the senior PM, followed by 2 peers, and then final round is a case study with CTO and senior PM. The last 2 rounds were on-site which I found to be a refreshing experience. It’s very nice to have interviews in person and gauge the vibe of the company. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The case study, while a little lengthy, I thought was a really good experience for me to better understand the role and its expectation. I actually learned a lot about the company, its competitors, and some domain knowledge through that assignment. The presentation felt a little scary - I didn’t know what to expect with the CTO and my nervousness probably got the best of me. That said, it was valuable practice and I felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to be interviewed by the CTO for an entry level role. It really helped me become more prepared for future PM interviews. The recruiter called me to give me the final results, reasons for the decisions, and some encouragement. That was a nice touch. Everyone was incredibly generous with their time throughout the process. I trust the team made the best decision for them and I have nothing but best wishes for Fourthline. My advice for future interviewees is to be prepared, be enthusiastic, and be structured.

Entrevista
HR interview, Case Study Interview, Take home assessment (17 pages), in-person interview discussing the role and assessment, and final interview with the CEO and Head of AI. They said they will let me know the result in a few days, but did not tell me if I was accepted or rejected despite multiple emails and several months of waiting. Terrible process, waste of time, save your breath.
