Was contacted by recruiter 2 days after online submission, scheduled a 15 mins phone screen. The recruiter went over the shifts for this position (2 days on, then 2 days off), need to go to Taiwan for training for 3-6 months, and asked about expected wage. Told me they will get back to me by the end of the week, and received the rejection email Friday morning.
Basic phone screen and group interview. The phone screen was with the recruiter and the group interview consisted of me and their team. They just asked questions about the specific skills they needed for the job.

Very simple process, I was interviewed by operation manager, I briefly introduced myself and he asked some questions of my resume. He introduced the work in their company and then we ended up interview process.
