I'm a female new-grad. The interview was taken both on-site and online, since one of the leader was in China. They asked for the code I wrote for my master thesis research and reviewed them line by line. They didn't believe that I wrote them by myself. They said I should have my own side-projects going on in my free time because it's a good habit. Later they wanted me to say anything in English to check my English proficiency, after that they wanted me to think seriously of taking the position as a PM, instead of an engineer, In the end, one lady said I should tuck my side bangs behind the ears. It was the worst interview experience. They kept PUAing me. I stopped the following phases of interview by myself.
