R/ Python Coding Test (nothing related to data science but proper coding questions were asked) ,Telephonic Interview on Resume's Project and all machine learning techniques. Feature Engineering is most important for them
( Not for freshers ). kaggle competitions will definitely help.

Mildly challenging and nice. I would probably reduce number of rounds, i had 4 of them. The first two were technical and third one was managerial. The last round was done for cultural fit.
