FRACTAL HAVE A VERY WORSE PROCESS OF INTERVIEW EVEN THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. THE WORSE COMPANY WITH THE WORSE PROCESS. I have given the online test of Fractal Analytics. I have got a call from hr that you have cleared the online test now tomorrow you will have to give a telephonic round. I was waiting for the call but i didn't get any call for the telephonic round. After that i call the hr she told me that today they have cancelled the interview and the interview will be done on friday. i was again waiting on friday i didn't got any calls then i call the Hr in evening that what happen So she told me that the interview will be held on monday. I was waiting for the further interview process on monday but on monday also i did not get any calls. then i called the hr she cuts the phone and not replying. This is how fractal takes the interview even fractal didn't inform if they cancal the interview from their side . Fractal didn't take any responsibility the hiring process. I am fully frustrated from the interview process of fractal. Its was for mumbai location.
