I liked the complete interview process, The interviewers were very friendly and interviews started on time. They checked the overall attitude rather than just specific answers. Apart from technical knowledge overall candidate's attitude is also very important as if a person is good technically but doesn't seems to be fit for organization then there are chances of rejection. Special mention about HR Manager - Rachna Patel who was patiently taking care of the full recruitment process. She was very proactive and humble through out the process. Interview consists of following: 1.Aptitude test- Divide into 4 section Data Interpretation (moderate), Reasoning(moderate) , Quantitative(easy), English(easy). Lot of questions in Reasoning section was of pattern matching , blood relationship, circular seating arrangement & In Quantitative section probability, P&C , time distance, work, calendar. 2. HackerRank Online test : This consists of questions related to your skill . 60 mins You can give anyone of the test R, Python, SQL & SAS etc based on your skill. 3. Technical Interview 1: It was a Skype interview which lasted for 1 hour. It started with explanation from end to end about a project that I have worked on, followed by basic questions related to Regression, Time series and NPS. Apart from this questions were asked on technical skills such as SAS, SQL, Excel, tableau etc. 4. Technical Interview 2: It was a face to face interview. Started with Clustering and decision tree also Different business scenario based were given such as case study related to pricing strategy for credit card industry etc. 5. HR Round: Basic HR questions such as why you want to join Fractal, work culture, strength etc. All rounds were elimination round including the HR round.

Given interview recently at Fractal for the role of senior consultant. The interview process was very fast. There were 3 rounds totally. First round is technical round then second round was manager round and third round was HR round.
