It was ok. It was not totally technical interview. Nor did they ask me to solve any case studies. It was just
an interaction. It was a decent experience. A
internship application process was medium and quite satisfactory. it was well arranged and communicated well in advance. Overall, the ex[erience was good and fulfiling as per inten interview. The interviewers were friendly and coopearted very nicely.

The process was conducted in my college through our TPO. So the process was like:
1. Aptitude + coding test (Day 1)
2. Interview (3 rounds: Tech + Tech + HR) (Day 2)
Test:
It was an online test on Mettl and questions were not very easy, it requires a lot of thinking and calculations so you need practise. Questions included were of the expected categories: quantitative, verbal ability, data analysis and reasoning ability. The coding round was easy for me and so I focused more there.
Three days after the test, shortlisted candidates were called for interviews at Fractal's Mumbai office.
Interview:
It consisted of 3 separate rounds, 2 tech and an HR round. The first thing I would like to mention about Fractal is that they care a lot about people. Everyone treated us very nicely and it was the first time I saw that at a company during my placement season. We were offered breakfast because the interview was gonna take some time to start, and they were also apologetic for the delay.
Now coming to the interviews - all the interviewers were very friendly and tried a lot to keep me calm as I was, naturally, nervous. The rounds were easy with basic questions about Java, SQL and networking. They focused on understanding how deeply I know about the concepts of each of those categories. Each round lasted for about 30-40 minutes,
Results were announced on the same day after we reached home. It was a delightful experience.
