They give everyone opportunity to appear for the aptitude test , even though if you have a poor/average academic background.
Aptitute is not very hard which consist of 75 questions in 70 minutes but the technical is not easy to clear.

Entrevista
It was a three-round process, excluding the HR round. There were two technical rounds (testing Python > SQL > SPARK) and one techno-managerial round with the hiring manager. In this round, they went in-depth into your projects and the tech stack you have worked on, from basics to scenario-based questions.

For COding its Python & SQL. For Behavioral, Its basic strengths & weaknesses. The tough time you had faced..etc
It contains 2 rounds of technical.
1st is average 2nd is managerial with technical.
Questions werw majorly the definitions and its use case on the theory side however practical designing questions and python was expected to be more strong
