Most candidates are brought in through a third party recruitment firm. The initial assessment is made by the recruiter who will then suggest your resume to the team at Fragomen where a more formal interview will take place.

Standard questions about previous work experience and ability to work under pressure were asked.
They were quick to follow up the application with an email offering a phone interview, and the phone interview was scheduled within the same week. The interviewer was friendly and candid about the work and expectations in terms of time.
1 hour in-person interview at the Chicago downtown office. I was provided a quick tour of the current employee space, then met with the hiring manager one-on-one for the interview.

Entrevista
I had interview a few days after I submitted my resume. That day, the HR Manager called me to negotiate the salary. In the same week, I got a job offer.
