2 interviews. Final one took place at their facility. I got to meet all partners and had a chance to ask them questions. They were all very friendly and made sure to make the experience as welcoming as possible

Entrevista
It was very relaxed. It was first a quick 20 to 30 minute phone call with an individual from their talent acquisition department where they asked me a few basic questions on why I was interested in Fragomen and immigration law. Make sure you have an answer that conveys an interest in corporate business immigration law, not human rights or individual immigration matters. Then, they explained the hiring process at Fragomen. This was followed by a formal zoom interview with several lawyers about a week later. This interview was about an hour long and several lawyers all interviewing me at once together. I received an offer a few days later, which I declined.

Entrevista
I first had a phone interview with a recruiter that was about 15 minutes. It was alright. They just asked the standard questions and wanted to get to know who I was as a person. Then I had another interview with several attorneys. They asked a bunch of questions. That interview was about 45 minutes long. It was very conversational. Their main questions are Why Fragomen, Why Immigration Law, and why this position.
