No interview required. I found the job posting online. I submitted my resume and other personal information. I was then contacted an associate at the staffing agency who asked for a writing sample. About a week later, I received an offer.

I was called by HR and briefly discussed my background, team needs, and availability and then was brought in to the office to speak to a partner and senior associate. It was pretty casual. HR called me several days later to tell me I was selected and and discussed salary and start date and such.
