Entrevista
The interview process consisted of four phases, a phone screen, phone interview, a video interview that included an online multiple-choice exam, and a final, in-person interview. The test asked mostly about general business etiquette, but also included questions regarding correct grammar, etc. The interviews were straightforward, some behavioral questions, and questions about your interest in immigration law. None of those weird case questions like how many jellybeans fit into a Honda civic.
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
