20 mins on campus screening interview, talked with a senior associate there. The whole process was friendly and open. The interview went really well. The associate talked about his career path, the summer program and the overall development of the firm. Then he asked me questions regarding my resume.

fun 3. Phone Interview: If you pass the initial screening, you might have a phone interview with a recruiter or HR representative. This interview assesses your communication skills, motivation, and general fit for the organization. They may ask about your background, experience, and why you're interested in the position.
Three rounds. About 2 months total in process. The interviewers were very nice and asked thoughtful questions. I left the interview thinking I did not get the job. However, I received an offer weeks later.
