I applied via their website. I got call to book interview timing fairly quickly. I had an initial level interview that took about 40 mins in Teams. I spoke to hiring manager and the director. It was quite friendly and welcoming conversation. No interview tricks whatsoever. They introduced themselves and company; and explained what they are lookign for. I explained what I've done so far and why I think I can be a good fit. They decided to go ahead with other candidates who are from closer industries. (I was applying in a new area) I got a fairly quick final feedback in a very constructive way. Even though, I haven't got an offer, I'm really happy about their approach and professionalism. I'd recommend this company based on my experience so far.
