Of all the companies that I interviewed at during this job search, this was the one where I walked out of the building thinking "wow I need to work here." Pros: - The interview process included opportunities for me to ask questions from team members and get honest answers in private. - Tech stack and business opportunity were both explained well. - The recruiting team can be incredibly quick and accommodating to timeline needs. - Technical/design/PM components of the interview were appropriate in difficulty and interviewers conducted theirselves well. Cons: - There's no way to skip the take-home coding challenge for frontend. - The office coordinators seemed borderline overwhelmed during the day I was there. - This is still a young company so discussing the role and team match was very 1:1, nothing was written down about it in advance.
