The process from the initial reach out from Rachel (my hiring contact) was phenomenal. It was organized and they could not have been more accommodating.
The interview process was very professional, yet friendly. You have a structured block of 3 hours or so to meet with various team leads. During this time I was asked to give a presentation of how I would onboard a client, which lasted about 20 minutes with some Q&A at the end. All of my interviews were conducted via Zoom, they seamlessly flowed from one manager to the next.

The interview consisted more of a conversation to get to know me. Questions regarding my past work history was brought up and how had I resolved various client issues in the past.

First is a recruiter screening, then interview with the hiring manager, than 5 back to back 30 min interviews with team members and cross functional partners, then a case study with a presentation. I really enjoyed everyone I met with, i think the third round really gives you a full scope of who youll work with and what you will do. My only qualm is the process took over a month, they were not consistent on when they would contact me between rounds to let me know about the rest. After the final interview I received an email saying I didn’t get the job and when I asked for feedback I was not given any. I spent 25 hours total between preparing for interviews and interviewing, I think the least they can do is call final round candidates to say they are not moving forward and give them feedback to improve. I really felt like all that time was for nothing and they didn’t seem to care.

I interviewed for the customer success role and had nine 30-minute interviews over a month period. The final round consisted of a client presentation, which had incredibly vague guidelines and unclear expectations.
The team culture seemed great and everyone I talked to was wonderful, but the final presentation was confusing given the guidelines.
