As is standard in Product, after first getting screened by the recruiter, this process involved multiple rounds meeting with first the hiring manager and then a variety of stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, etc. This was honestly one of the most engaging groups of interviews I’ve participated in in my career. It’s clear how much everyone is invested in the company, and the mutual respect, thoughtfulness, and conversational interviews were a big part of what won me over. The recruiter, Stephen, in particular was amazing to work with - proactive, communicative, and left no surprises which was really helpful and not always common. Framework touts a supportive and welcoming culture and their interview process fully reflects this.
