First round was good. First employee was engaging and interesting. She reflected the company's high commitment to positive energy that is stated on their website.
Second round - the second employee only asked 2 questions and didn't really bother engaging with any of the questions I asked. He seemed uninterested. If they didn't think I was a good fit, that's fine, but I'm not really sure why he'd take the interview and then put in such a low effort on his end. I shouldn't be asking three times the questions he did.
