The interview process is very conversational. The recruiting team simply wants to get to know you as person, your hobbies, your passions, what motivates you. The interviews with fulltime employees is also more informal and stress free than I expected, come with questions as they are happy to answer all your questions about their job and the industry.

Intreview process was super smooth and easy, they care about what you have to say and want to hear and learn about you. The first interview was getting asked a lot of questions about yourself, while the second was getting to ask a lot of questions.
