I applied on Indeed and heard back in 2 weeks. I had my first round interview with the office manager. The questions they asked were general questions, they are looking for someone with customer service experiences. After first round, I followed up after 5 business days, no update and I followed up again, they said they needs more time to review candidates will keep me update. I waited another week, no update either, and that's how I knew I was not selected.
