Applied online. HR recruiter contacted me 2 weeks post application submission. Went through 3 rounds of phone screens. HR contact was exceptional, very dynamic character and had engaging discussion. Next phone screen with VP was disappointing - interviewer admitted to not reviewing my resume, seemed very rushed, asked probing questions and displayed disapproval of responses in some cases. Next scheduled phone screen did not occur and no prior notice was given (red flag as to their work environment and respect for other's time). After inquiring as to the status there was an excuse of schedule changes and it was promptly rescheduled. That final round seemed was a great discussion, which seemed to go very well, yet despite that, no further interviews were scheduled.
