Initially, they do a phone interview. Then they do an in person interview, within a few days after the interview they usually call to let you know if you are selected and make you an offer. A drug test is mandatory immediately after the offer accepted.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview with them after submitting my application online. It started with general questions and then proceeded into being asked about previous employment. The questions seemed intrusive at times about previous employers.

I wouldn't hear back from the HR department after weeks of them interviewing me and then I had to drop everything a month later because they gave me 24 hours to accept/reject the offer. The whole process was questionable and frustrating.
