Had a phone interview followed by a personality survey. Then had a one on one interview with a recruiter which was very pleasant. Lastly they set me up for an interview with a sales manger at the dealership I was interested in. They went over the schedule and pay plan and did a good job at explaining what the position entailed. Sales isn't for everyone and they made that clear but if you put your best foot forward you can make a good living!
