I applied on Kroger's website and received a request for a phone interview about a week after I submitted my application. the phone interview lasted about 10 minutes in total and consisted of two questions. I was asked "why do you want to work for kroger" and "how would I handle a Bad day at work". After I finished answering the questions The representative scheduled me a time for an in person interview at the store I applied at. I was going out of town the day I did the phone interview and the Representative was very flexible with scheduling the interview for the next week. The in person interview was very relaxed. I arrived 15 minutes early like the email said to and checked in at the customer service desk. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for the interviewer to retrieve me. It was a 1 on 1 interview that consisted of me and the clicklist manager/supervisor. She asked 3 questions " why do you want to work for kroger" "how would a past coach or teacher describe you" and "what do you know about the job". She then asked if I had any questions and told me that she would be in touch after all of the interviews were finished. I haven't heard back since so I'm assuming they passed on me. It was a very pleasant and straight forward interview. If you've got an upcoming interview for clicklist I wouldn't worry too much about it!

Applied online, application sat there for over a month as "under review". Got an email from corporate to call them for a short interview screening. Was on hold for 30 minutes, guy told me more about the position and asked why I wanted to work there then set up an interview at the store for next week.
When I got there they had no idea who I was or that I was coming. I waited for 20 minutes until they got a random manager to come and interview me because the lead for the position I was there for wasn't in and it was the HR reps day off. Interview went well, he read off several stacks of papers of basic interview questions. He wrote my name and number at the top of the page, said he would put it on the desk of HR and email them and I would get a call the next day. Never did but doesn't surprise me with the terrible organization they have and complete lack of communication they have between corporate scheduling interviews at the store. Waste of time.
