I applied online and received a phone call back after about a week asking a few basic questions about myself, and then was invited for a physical interview. Finding the manager interviewing me was an absolute wild goose chase; multiple employees pointed me in totally different directions. The customer service desk was finally able to call up the Clicklist manager and we discovered that because "normally people apply in-store, not online", someone had double-booked my interview time. I ended up having to wait through another person's interview before attending my own. The interview itself was about 15 minutes, and a simple and pleasant enough experience. At the end, they let me know that the E-commerce position is a very competitive one.

It was pretty easy-going and the manager was really laid back, open, and talkative. The manager was 10 minutes late for the interview, but once he got to me, he walked me over to the department I’d be working at while asking me questions about myself. Then showed me what an e-commerce clerk’s job was, asked me if I had any questions, and then showed me certain aspects of the job after leaving the department. He then walked me to his office and asked me the real interview questions. He asked me 4 experience based questions and asked a fifth question about if I had a goal. Just prepare your answers and don’t lie. They’ll know.
