Applied online. Very long, 80 question personality quiz online. Got a phone call to schedule a phone interview. That went well, they pretty much asked about my previous employment with them when I was a cashier. Scheduled an in person interview. Was conducted in the employee lounge. Interviewer was manager of the bakery. She stressed that she needed to hire someone extremely hard working and quick moving.

What is your most challenging experience in retail?

Very easy but professional. They ask you about ways to deal with customer complaints, how you would connect with customers, if you were okay doing certain tasks, if you have good hand mobility to write on cakes.
I had a quick interview with the Bakery manager. Straight forward answers about why I wanted to join the bakery team. The questions were rather easy, and it was conversational.

Entrevista
its a pretty basic interview, if you wear a decent button up, blue jeans, and a smile your most likely gonna get the job. First the head of the store will ask you a few questions. Then he or she will walk you around the store to show you the basics. Then you will watch a video before leaving until you get a call.
