I applied online and got a call a few days later. We had a short 5-10 minute over the phone interview and I was asked to come in for an in person interview a few days later. I showed up 20 minutes early and the HR and Produce Manager interviewed me. It was very laid back and easy. They didn't have my application with them and they somehow missed the part that I wasn't yet 18 and came up with questions on the spot. I got an email about 2 weeks later saying I didn't get the job.

Entrevista
Interview itself went fine, but at the very end they asked me to work a different department doing opposite shifts I wanted. I told her what I preferred, yet she still rolled her eyes at me. Hiring manager at the Sumner store is a joke. She shouldn't be HR.

Entrevista
Its a very simple hiring process that's easy for high school students or retired folk to get through. Not much in terms of skills beyond being able to talk to people and deal with stressful situations. Never mentioned that most of those stressful situations were coworkers who barely have any braincells left, but hey, its low skill labor, what did you expect? a whiteboard interview?
