After completing an on-line application, there were a series of email questions between myself and the Associate Director. These were followed by a panel telephone interview. About a week after the panel telephone interview, I was invited to travel to Frederick, MD for an in-person panel interview. Within a week of the on-site interview, I was offered the position.
