The interview process included a 15 minute interview with a panel of Library employees (no questions were allowed). After that interview, all the candidates are scored and ranked. I was ranked in the thirties and in 3-4 months was called for a second interview with two Regional Managers. The second interview lasted 45 minutes. I was then asked to pick the branches I would most like to work at.

Interview was referred to as an oral examination. It was conducted remotely in front of a panel of staff. I was given 15 minutes to answer one multipart question, and I was told to indicate which portion of the question was being addressed as I provided my answers. There were no follow up questions asked or feedback provided.
