Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Freed (CA) (Atlanta, GA) em mar. de 2024
Entrevista
I went through a series of interviews before a final interview with one of the companies investors overseas. Not a typical practice.
From the very beginning he was condescending, had a combative tone and behavior (at one point raising his voice to calculate a cpm for a podcaster he felt passionate about) which was alarming and a significant departure from all of my interactions with actual team members.
This person also asked for very privileged information that is now owned by my previous employer at a public company. While I let him know I was unable to share all of the privileged details, it seems that did not matter to him (nor my ethics) and he continued to push, again in a very brash and argumentative way.
I hope my experience is an exception for candidates interviewing at Freed because it was truly poor and left me incredibly upset. I would not recommend this company.

For privileged information about my prior company.
Recruiter reached out to me. Generic phone interview that used really bad corporate jargon. Followed up with a thank you email, then another follow-up email, then got a generic rejection.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Freed (CA) (San Francisco, CA).

Pretty straightforward for a tech startup company - Recruiter screen, take home, interview, team personality interview, and founder interview. Interesting product and from what I saw, they were great people who cared about the product and the people they are targeting for their solutions, which are clinicians. Didn't receive an offer, but had a pleasant experience speaking with them and the take home wasn't bad at all.
